Jonas Salk has made our society a better place to live in. People all around the world thank him for making the U.S and many other countries close to polio free. Fortunately, if someone gets/has polio, there is a vaccine waiting for them because of the work from Dr. Jonas Salk. Dr. Salk is not only my role model, but a leader. He has showed me to do the impossible and not being afraid to make a difference. He has showed me that it's okay to make a change in the world, and it all starts with you. That is why millions of people, including me all thank him for the work he has done!
